Wild dogwood trees in bloom are beautiful signs that spring has finally arrived.  Some years the blossoms are so thick the slender trees look like clouds floating in the forest.  Other years, as in this shot, the blooms are more sparse but that allows  you to notice many more details, including drops of dew and spider webs.
